general aspects
Working on this project, we had one clear goal: to create a space that fully reflects the harmonious blend of Japanese minimalism with Nordic simplicity. The house, approximately 160 m² in Bielsko-Biała, is a testament to our passion for minimalism, natural materials, and timeless aesthetics. One of the key elements of this project was the extensive use of wood. Our aim was to create a cohesive and harmonious space where wood plays a central role. The impressive gabled ceiling in the living area, finished with oak veneer, became the focal point of the interior. To emphasize its unique character, we chose to finish the walls, ceiling, and carpentry with the same material, giving the space uniformity and warmth. The floor, color-matched to the veneer, was custom-made. This detail was particularly important to us as we wanted every room to radiate the natural beauty of wood while maintaining a cohesive whole. Attention to technical details is an integral part of our work, and in this interior, we chose steel fixtures that perfectly complement the wood, introducing a touch of raw, industrial aesthetic. We are especially proud of the glass wall leading to the garage, made of antisol glass, framed in a wide, black-painted steel frame. This technical element adds boldness and modernity to the interior while serving as a functional accent. To maintain consistency throughout the house, we used the same porcelain tiles in the bathrooms, kitchen, and communication areas, creating a space that is both aesthetically pleasing and harmonious. Lighting played a crucial role in highlighting the minimalist aesthetic of the interior. In creating this project, we were guided by the ideas of minimalism and harmony, but above all, we wanted to create a space that reflects the personality of our clients—conscious, appreciative of quality, and timeless aesthetics. Thi house is a project we proudly present as our manifesto of understated modern style elegant and full of natural beauty.
